Part 1: I'll set up your CRM
It is important to make your first client touchpoint feel professional and personal. (I mainly work with Dubsado, but have experience with Honeybook and Moxie as well)
I’ll set up Dubsado with your branding, so it feels like an extension of your business.
Then we set up a custom inquiry form and scheduler that lets clients book calls directly into your calendar.
Next, proposals, contracts, and invoices that send themselves and get signed online (custom automated workflows).
Thoughtful Follow-Ups: Automated emails (I’ll make sure to make them feel personal), to welcome new clients, follow up with those who are still on the fence, and kindly ask for testimonials at the end.
Part 2: I'll set up your Project Management Hub
This is where we say goodbye to all those messy spreadsheets or forgotten to-dos (oops). I’ll make sure that there is only clarity for you and your clients.
A reusable project template for each client, so delivery is consistent and effortless.
A simple client portal with all their tasks so everyone knows what’s happening next, cutting down on “just checking in” emails.
The system will automatically nudge your clients when it’s their turn for feedback or the next step.
You also get a walkthrough of the entire systems I’ve set up so that you can send it to your VA or Team for them to learn how to use the new system.
Part 3: I'll set up your email nurture sequences
You need to keep the conversation going with people who aren’t quite ready to sign with you yet, and make new clients feel incredibly cared for.
