Tara Windsor - Brand & Content Strategist I Graphic Designer

Tara combines content strategy, creation, graphic design, and branding for service providers, to ensure every post looks intentional, feels premium, and that their business becomes instantly recognizable.

Goals

Tara reached out because her backend systems were not set up properly. She had a CRM and Project Management tool but didn’t have it set up to match how she ran her business.  As a Brand and Content Strategist and Graphic Designer, she needed her CRM and project management tools to feel polished, aligned with her branding, and supportive of the new services. 

The main goals of this project were to:

  • Create a professional, seamless client experience from first inquiry to project completion through her CRM system (Honeybook)
  • Organise her services, workflows, and processes so nothing slipped through the cracks. 
  • Remove the manual labour of backend admin and disconnected tools.
  • Set up systems that could grow with her business. 

Approach

This project was a powerful example of what happens when strategy, systems, and branding come together intentionally.

We focused on building systems that were not only functional, but intuitive and aligned with how Tara works. Every decision was made with her client experience and ease of use in mind, ensuring her tools supported her business rather than creating more work.

The setup was designed to feel clear, professional, and effortless for both Tara and her clients.

Solutions

CRM Setup – HoneyBook

Inside HoneyBook, I fully customised the platform to reflect Tara’s branding and business structure. This included:

  • Updating all branding across the system for a cohesive, professional look.

  • Setting up call schedulers to streamline bookings.

  • Organising her packages and services so everything is clear and easy to manage.

  • Creating proposal forms from scratch, along with contract forms, inquiry forms, and a detailed client questionnaire.

  • Building intentional workflows that guide each client through a smooth, end-to-end journey.

The result is a CRM that feels elevated, organised, and completely aligned with Tara’s brand and processes.

Project Management Setup – Asana

We also set up Asana (project management tool) to give Tara full visibility and control over her business and client work. This included:

  • Multiple dedicated spaces within Asana for different areas of her business.

  • A reusable client portal template she can duplicate for future clients.

  • A business overview board to house all key company information in one place.

  • A lead tracking board to manage and monitor incoming opportunities.

  • A personal task board to help her stay on top of her own workload.

Everything was designed to be simple to maintain, easy to duplicate, and scalable as her business grows.
