Nicole works with women who are ready to stop holding themselves back and start showing up fully as who they are. Through her work, she helps them build confidence, take up space, and step into their voice with honesty and self-trust. Her approach is rooted in community, realness, and creating a safe space for women to grow into themselves unapologetically.

Goals

Nicole came to me after we connected on Threads and quickly realised she needed a backend that matched the level of intention and care she brings to her work.

At the time, her systems were not fully set up, which meant her client processes were not as streamlined or supported as they could be. As someone who delivers a high-touch, personal experience, she needed a CRM that could hold that journey in a structured, seamless way without adding more to her plate.

The goal was to build a system that not only kept her organised, but also elevated her client experience and supported her growth.

The main goals of this project were to:

  • Build a fully customised CRM inside Moxie
  • Create a clear and intentional client journey from inquiry to onboarding
  • Reduce manual admin and mental load
  • Ensure a seamless, aligned experience for every client

Approach

This project started with understanding how Nicole works and how she wants her clients to feel at every stage of their journey.

Instead of just “setting up a CRM,” we mapped out her full client experience first, from the moment someone inquires to the point they are fully onboarded. Every step was designed to feel simple, supportive, and aligned with her brand.

From there, we built her system inside Moxie to reflect that flow, making sure everything was easy to use, easy to manage, and built to grow with her.


Solutions

CRM Setup – Moxie

We built Nicole’s CRM from the ground up, fully customised to her brand and workflow. This included:

  • Structuring her services and packages clearly within the platform
  • Setting up her call schedulers for a smooth booking experience
  • Creating all core forms, including inquiry forms, proposals, contracts, and client questionnaires
  • Designing automated workflows to guide clients through each stage of the journey
  • Implementing triggers and processes to ensure nothing gets missed

Her CRM now acts as a central hub that supports both her and her clients, bringing clarity, consistency, and ease to her day-to-day operations.


The Results

Nicole now has a streamlined backend that works with her, not against her.

Her systems are organised, her client journey is clear and intentional, and the manual load she was carrying has been significantly reduced. She can confidently onboard clients knowing that every step is taken care of, without having to think twice about what comes next.

Most importantly, she now has the space to focus on her clients and her work, while her backend quietly supports everything behind the scenes.
